Folk Dancing Competition

It was our MAPE time at school..and we grouped ourselves...when after that our teacher said that we have to research at the Librabry about folk dances.. steps in folk dancing.. we even searched for our song... it's leron-leron sinta... we can't find anything so I tried researching on the internet,... I can't even find it.. so I just try my own steps... I don't know if my teacher likes it!!

When I was joining the flores de mayo in our barangay...we practiced, too.. about folk dancing for our graduation day. It was SO hard to get it.. (may school na, may flores pa!!) so I tried as hard as I can so we are gonna get the golden trophy!! so we're gonna be the next dancer of the year!!....it was only 2 days before the competition.... we tried harder.. to make it!!!.. and at school... 1 day before the competition.. and I pray to the Lord that I can do it!!! YES I KNOW I CAN!!!

So the day of the competition came!!!! My heart was beating faster.... our group was "magnificent folk dance leaders".... As our group was called I said to my other members!! "relax, just have fun!! this is not a betting game!!" when our opponents shouted: "123 Dragon Folk Dancers are Winners, Magnificent Folk Dance Leaders are LOSERS!!!" Well, I said to my members "never mind them, they just want to eat!! hahahahaha " they laughed... our performance was done.. they were next when one of their members slipped on the floor the other members didn't mind her.. so we all help her stand up, even we called our selves SMC WARRIORS!!! ....

When the competition announced the winners We were the Champions!!!!... Our opponents shook hands and felt sorry ... That's my story, Hope you like it!!!! I'm from Mindanao.
