Manila Bulletin definitely has the largest circulation in the Philippines. It is formerly known as Bulletin Today and also called simply as the Bulletin these days. It claims itself as the leading newspaper in the Philippines.

The Bulletin was based in 1900 as a shipping written material. It is the second ancient newspaper in the country next to The Manila Times. The publication was first owned by a Swiss expatriate Hans Menzi.
