Plantation Bay Philippines: Where Tourists Want To Get Stranded

A fantasy of getting stranded in a tropical island would surely enjoy doing so at Plantation Bay Philippines.

Located at Mactan Island in Cebu, this resort takes guests as far away from their problems as possible with its luxuriant pools, soothing spa treatments, and elegantly furnished rooms. Moonlight walks could be taken along the beach.

Grumbling stomachs are offered the choice of international and/or local cuisine to satisfy their hunger. Thrill seekers could go out and try scuba diving, parasailing, and other fun water sports. Laid-back individuals could lounge around the fishing area or ride a bike along the scenic estate. Whatever the need, it could be found here.

Plantation Bay Philippines was built in an 11.4-hectare estate and opened to the public in 1996. Over half a million people have been served since that day and more are still coming. Tourists and locals alike would feel at ease communicating with the multilingual staff. English is spoken throughout the resort. There also are Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese speakers.

Staying here is one big party. There are events to attend almost every day of the week! On Monday and Friday nights, the Peninsula Beach holds a Hawaiian Luau complete with Hula dancers, fire-eaters, and yummy food. The Orion Beach has its own barbecue party every Tuesday at 6:30PM. Wednesday is the day to feast on Filipino dishes and watch local cultural performers at Galapagos Beach’s Filipino Fiesta. Have the hottest weekend on Saturdays at the same venue with exotic food and dancing during Brazilian Fever.

There is no other place that could give the ultimate relaxing experience than the resort’s in-house spa, Mogambo Springs. It has recently been deemed as the “Best Spa Experience in Asia” at the Asia Spa and Wellness Festival Gold Awards. Designed like an 18th century Tokugawa Japanese village, the spa has its own thalassic pool, cascading waterfall massage, and hot spring. Patrons could get the best pampering with facial and body treatments and full body massages. Hours and hours of these soothing services could also be availed of in different affordable spa packages.

Food trippers would never run out of things to try out. The four restaurants offer 5-star quality meals in their international and local menus. Palermo is where to go for good Italian cuisine. Fast food lovers would find their favorite dishes at the Savannah Grill. The Kilmanjaro Kafe is open all day and all night for morning people and night owls. Wonderful Asian cuisine is served at the beachfront at the Fuji Restaurant. Whatever kind of palette the guests have, they are sure to find something that would satisfy their taste buds.

As for the lodgings, guests would be tempted to spend their days inside their rooms because of its spaciousness and the amazing view outside the balcony. The beds are comfortable, the amenities complete, and the consumables replenished regularly.

To give the utmost hospitality is their credo. Patrons can expect to receive exactly this – all without needing to tip anybody! All that Plantation Bay Philippines cares about is making sure that everyone has a great time.
