Another Best Of Regine Velasquez Concert

Talking about Regine Velasquez concert, a record of sold out ticket and jammed pack venue are just some of the amazing outcomes of the success of her concert.

People know how excellent and talented the "Songbird" is when it comes to singing. She had sung different songs by different artists and has a mark of her own. The 39-year old woman who can also act, host, and model for both print and ad is also a stage director, a record producer and can be a fashion designer.

The Best of Regine

It was in 1989 when the Songbird was given the break to stand for the Philippines in the Asia-Pacific Singing Contest in Hong Kong. In 1990, she had her first major solo concert entitle Narito Ako in Folk Arts Theater with Gary Valenciano as the special guest. This is where she received a number of standing ovations and this is where she shown her vocal prowess.

The Songbird presented her tenth anniversary concert at the University of the Philippines Sunken Garden in 1996 entitled Isang Pasasalamat. Her guests include Janno Gibbs, Bernardo Bernardo, The Tux, Nanette Inventor, Ivy Violan, and Martin Nievera.

Her most celebrated concert was R2K, which is a series of concerts. Her R2K concert filled the Araneta Coliseum for two days. This concert marked by special effects and advance fireworks plus the elegant dresses she used.

Asia's Songbird once more reunited with the concert king Martin Nievera in their self-title World Concert Tour in 2003. The following year, she had a back-to-back concert with co-artist and the singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid, The Songbird and the Songwriter.

Another Regine Velasquez concert of the Songbird was staged in 2004. This concert marked the new RegineVelasquez with a more daring personality and appeared with a sexy and revealing outfit. It was in 2005 when she performed a concert with the concert queen Pops Fernandez. The concert entitled Queens On Fire took them to a concert in eight cities.

Another Best From The Asia's Songbird

These days, fans of the Asia's Songbird look forward to seeing their idol again performing on stage. Regine's Most Requested, produced by Viva Concerts & Events is considered as her comeback to Viva. In this concert, the Asia's Songbird is expected to sing her most requested songs. This concert also will include a tribute to the king of pop - Michael Jackson. The concert is said to be the beginning of the Viva Concert series at SM North Edsa's Skydome. She will have a back2back concert with True Faith and South Border come this August 7.

It is notable that Regine always have a sold out concert. The singer-actress was able to work with some of the world's best such as Jacky Cheung and cooperate with Paul Anka, David Hasselhoff, 98 Degrees, Brian McKnight, Mandy More, Ronan Keating, Stephen Bishop, Jim Brickman, Peabo Bryson, Jeffrey Osborne, Dave Koz, her fellow Filipino, Lea Salonga, Grasshopper, Coco Lee, Michael Legrand, David Pomeranz, Eduardo Capetillo, Fernando Carrillo and Billy Crawford.

These are just some of the so many achievements of the Asia's Songbird. Her concert is just another best from a Regine Velasquez concert.
