The Salcedo Village In Makati

Salcedo Village in Makati was formed on December 20, 1973 by the GF & Partners, Architects GF and Partners which is a professional partnership among committed architects.

The village was established to pursue the purpose of Architect Gabriel P. Formoso to form a prestigious residential area in Makati City. On March 20, 1984, Karamfil Import-Export Company Ltd. purchased a portion of land from Ayala.

This is the Lot 26, Block 2 about 1188 square meters situated in today's HV Dela Costa Street in Salcedo Village. It now becomes a lot of residential and other establishments bearing great names in Makati City.

The Salcedo Village Residences in Makati

It is notable to find several condominiums and other residential facilities. Ponte Salcedo Condominium for example offers apartment or condominium for rent.
